I had the worst dining experience at Why Not Italian last Monday. My husband and I just had our one month Anniversary and we decided to go out and have a nice meal. We are there at around 6pm and it was not too busy. There is about 5 table max and less then 15 patronage in the restaurant. I ordered a seafood pescatore in white wine sauce and my husband ordered his regular sausage pasta in tomato sauce. We had to ask for bread and we got 2 cold bun with frozen butter. When I asked for oil & balsamic vinegar the waiter abruptly told me they don't have it. I had to ask twice to get my wedge of lime/lemon. I was ignore twice when we clearly made eye contact. Eventually I got 2 little wedge of lemon - one is dried out and the other was the end piece with no citre/juice on it. The seafood pestcatore was very salty and kinda fishy and I only managed to eat about 1/4 of it and I cannot continue. My husband's order was okay so I ended up just dipping the cold bread on his tomato sauce instead. Our server, who is an older gentlemen, never bother coming over to check on how our food was. While we visbibly sees that other clients were given must better treatement/attention. Once we are both done, we had to wait for about 15 minutes before he would answer our call to get the bill. This time, he ignore my husband twice. Again, he failed to ask about our meal and if I even want to pack it to go -when the pasta was practically untouched! Once he acknowledged our request for the bill, it took another 10 minutes until he bring it to us. The total is not cheap either, we only ordered 2 entre (seafood pasta & sausage pasta costed almost $50!) We were not impressed at all so we left with cash and minimal tip. Not sure if it is just the particular Waiter that is rude only but we will never go back ever! Elaine
